How to Market Yourself – Networking 101
I had a client one time who was a master marketer and networker. This guy will probably be president one day because of his networking abilities, or at least a county judge, and he definitely made me sit up and take notes.
His website garnered more unique visitors than any StopDev had seen to that point, but to be fair, we only cared about design back then. His ability to market his website went hand-in-hand with his ability to network, mainly because of a philosophy he held more than a system he implemented. Really, the guy was amazing, and sure enough I found a video that parallels many of the principles he still uses to market himself today.
