Conan O’brien changes the life of 1 Twitter user…
Yesterday, Conan O’brien vowed to change the life of one random Twitter user. He didn’t promise to buy this person a home, a car, pay for their college tuition, or even provide a year’s supply of Happy Meal’s. He simply promised to change this person’s life and left it at that.
Who was the lucky person? Who was the beneficiary of this mass publicity at no cost? Who is now riding on the coattails of Conan the Barbarian? Her name is Sarah Killen, and it all began with one simple tweet from Conan:
I’ve decided to follow someone at random. She likes peanut butter and gummy dinosaurs. Sarah Killen, your life is about to change.
We’re not really sure of the motive, but if you’re a fan of Conan then stuff like this may not come as a surprise to you. He’s known for his quirkiness and element of surprise. As of today, Sarah’s follower count has gone from a hand full to more than 12,000. This was Conan’s tweet today:
Sarah likes Twizzlers and craves cantaloupe. I like Raisinets, but melon feels creepy in my mouth. Twitter pals 4 eva!
